Healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, therapy offers a place to slow down, heal, and move forward. Together, we'll build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Meet Stephanie

I believe meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life, it's to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based approaches as we work toward the life you want to create.

I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches. Every treatment plan is personalized because healing looks different for everyone.

Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy after many years, my hope is that you'll find a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin moving forward with confidence.

Healing doesn't require having all the answers, it simply begins with taking the first step.

A Space for Healing

Whether we meet virtually from the comfort of your home or in person in the future, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Therapy should feel welcoming from the very first conversation.

A cozy, well-lit home office or therapy room with a wooden desk, a green coffee mug, a white notebook with a pen, and a nameplate reading "Stephanie Donabedian, LMFT." A large window shows green trees outside. There is an armchair with a cushion and blanket, a side table with a lamp and plants, framed artwork on the wall, and a shelf with books and plants. A framed sign on the wall says "You are not alone."

Ready to Begin?

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Healing begins with one conversation.
