Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Insurance-based therapy is available through my partnership with Rula. Please see the list above for currently accepted plans.
What if I don't see my insurance listed?
Insurance participation may change over time. Feel free to contact me or verify your benefits through Rula to determine your eligibility.
Can I choose private pay instead of using insurance?
Absolutely. Many clients prefer private pay for additional flexibility and privacy.

Do you offer superbills?
If you're paying privately and your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement.
